Cancellation policy
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 21 days before the agreed arrival date. Any deposit already paid will be fully refunded.
If you cancel within the three weeks prior to the planned arrival date and up to 3 days before the planned arrival date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental price will be charged. This means that any deposit you may have already paid, amounting to 50% of the rental price, cannot be refunded or will have to be paid.
In the event of cancellation within the last 3 days before the arrival date, we regret that we must insist on the payment of the entire rental price, as re-renting is no longer possible at such short notice.

Bassanega is a district of the municipality of Tremosine and is located about 250 meters above Lake Garda. In the many districts of the extensive municipality of Tremosine sul Garda, you will find numerous very good restaurants, bars, and shops. Bassanega is an ideal starting point for biking and hiking tours into the nearby mountains, valleys, and plateaus.

Brenner --> Exit Rovereto Sud --> Riva --> Limone --> turn right in Limone towards Tremosine --> district of Bassanega.
Before the Hotel Bassanega, turn left, then take the next left again.

Wir haben im August unseren Urlaub am Gardasee verbracht und aufgrund der nahezu optimalen Urlaubsbedingungen in diesem wunderschönen Apartment gleich noch ein paar Tage verlängert! Das Apartment ist zweckmäßig und stylisch genau nach meinem Geschmack eingerichtet, es ist alles da, was man braucht, ohne dass es klein wirkt. Die Anlage ist überschaubar und gemütlich, die Wiese vor dem Haus lädt zum Sonnen, Entspannen oder Spielen ein oder man sitzt einfach auf seiner Terasse und genießt die wundervolle Aussicht. Vor allem unsere Mädels (11,12) sind in regelmäßigen Abständen im Pool verschwunden, haben sich sportlich betätig oder konnten netflixen. Unser Hund hat sich ebenfalls sehr wohlgefühlt und man kann einige schöne Spaziergänge direkt vom Apartment oder etwas weiter oben unternehmen. Kann man wiederholen!

Wir verbrachten dort eine sehr schöne Woche im August. Die Ferienanlage nebenan kann mit genutzt werden, so dass zwei Pools kostenfrei zur Nutzung bereitstehen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön mit eigener Terrasse kostenfreien Stellplatz und insgesamt sehr schön renoviert. Hervorzuheben ist die ruhige Lage der Kontakt zu Ruth war bemerkenswert nett und freundlich. Sie helfen uns immer sehr kurzfristig weiter, wenn wir eine Frage hatten dies ist heutzutage nicht selbstverständlich. Ich habe bereits angefragt für nächstes Jahr. Wer Action sucht ist hier falsch. Wer jedoch ein paar ruhige Tage genießen will und oberhalb des Ortes fantastisch essen möchte, der ist hier genau richtig. Ruth ist eine tolle Gastgeberin mit einer super Wohnung. Daumen hoch!
