The extraordinary location on the edge of the sunny plateau above Lake Millstättersee was a popular destination for guests in the past.
In addition to the most beautiful lake in Carinthia, many excursion destinations on the mountain or in the valley invite guests to linger and marvel.
Getting there
Arrival from Germany: You can reach us via the A10 Tauernautobahn, which ends at Konten Spittal Millstättersee. From there, you travel along the B98 Millstättersee federal road along the lake through the towns of Seeboden, Millstatt, and Pesenthein to Dellach. There you take the turn-off to the left towards Sappl; from there, continue to Matzelsdorf No. 21.
The distance from Seeboden to Matzeldorf is around 13 km and takes around 20 minutes by car.

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Wunderschön gelegen in den Kärntner Bergen, eine Oase der Ruhe mit einer großartigen Umgebung für unsere Kinder, ein super schönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Apartment. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Und ein fantastisches Frühstück!

Wir haben in diesem Sommer 14 Tage bei der Familie Gruber verbracht und es hat uns absolut gefallen. Großartige Unterkünfte, ein köstliches Frühstück, und Evelyn war stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind ebenfalls hervorragend, und wir haben die Terrassen gut genutzt. Der Millstätter See und seine Strandbäder sind ebenfalls ein echtes Highlight, ähnlich wie in Norditalien, jedoch mit einem wunderschönen Sandstrand und zahlreichen Attraktionen. Alles Gute für Evelyn und ihre Familie. ��⛱ï¸ï¿½ï¸
