Die Wohnung ist in einem ungepflegten, schmutzigen Zustand. Anscheinend wird sie immer nur oberflächlich gereinigt, so dass Staub und Schmutz in allen Ecken sind. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es auch eine feuchte Ecke an der Wand zum Bad. Es riecht unangenehm (Raucher?) und die Bettdecken sind fleckig, schmuddeliger Duschvorhang in der Badewanne. Wenn man ankommt, sind Strom, Wasser und Heizung abgeschaltet. Es gibt nur rudimentäre Informationen, wie man alles in Betrieb nimmt. Abends ist auch zwei Mal die Hauptsicherung im Keller herausgeflogen, wenn zusätzlich zur Elektroheizung die Mikrowelle benutzt wurde. Auch die Terrasse ist ungepflegt mit Unkraut und losen Pflastersteinen. Lage und Schnitt der Wohnung an sich sind in Ordnung. Wir würden diese Wohnung nicht mehr buchen und sind früher abgereist.

Die Wohnung ist recht groß und schön gelegen, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand entfernt.
Ein echtes Plus ist die Garage, in der wir unser Auto abstellen und die Strandsachen der Kinder unterbringen konnten.
An der Seite des Hauses befindet sich außerdem eine Rasenfläche, auf der die Kinder Ball spielen können.
Die Betten sind etwas härter und das Badezimmer ist schon etwas älter, aber sauber.
