Cancellation policy
Our cancellation conditions according to the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions
- up to 3 months before arrival you can cancel free of charge, we charge only a handling fee of Euro 25,-
- from 3 months to 1 month before arrival 40% of the arrangement price
- from 1 month 70% of the arrangement price
- from 1 week 90% of the arrangement price will be charged.
- Late arrival and early departure will be charged.
We recommend a travel cancellation insurance!

Holiday destination
Our house is very quiet and yet centrally located on a road with little traffic, so that all necessary routes can be easily done on foot (bakery, grocery store, ski bus, ski school, bank, etc.). Start directly from the house for cross-country skiing, hiking and biking. Benefit in your winter vacation in Maishofen from the central location of our house in the midst of the most beautiful ski areas and the largest contiguous ski area in the Alps!
