Boat Tours
There are many places along the coast of Sicily from which you can take a boat trip. Take a boat ride to the Aeolian Islands or the Zingaro Nature Reserve and enjoy the breathtaking scenery.
Recently, you can start a day trip to Malta directly from the port in the neighboring town of Marina di Ragusa with the high-speed catamaran. Sicily has a long history of wine production, and some of Italy's best wines are produced here. Visit a winery and take part in a wine tasting to get to know the different varieties.
Holiday destination
The holiday home is located in a small settlement of detached single-family homes with no through traffic, just 800m from Playa Grande beach. It's only 4 km to Donnalucata with its fishing port, and just 6 km to Marina di Ragusa with its marina. And the Sicilian eateries with their Mediterranean delicacies and local wines leave nothing to be desired. Visit one of the many local markets to buy fresh fruits and vegetables, cheese, and olive oil.
Getting there
Casa Carlotta is located approximately 60 km south of Syracuse.
Please note: Your arrival should be between 3:00 PM and no later than 7:00 PM; in case of flight delays, please notify us immediately!!!
Your departure should be by 10:00 AM, thank you.
By car or by airplane. Flight time is about 2 hours and 20 minutes.
Preferably, you should land at Catania Airport, from where you can reach the holiday home by car via the coastal road in about 90 minutes. By bus, it takes about 110 minutes.
To access the countless attractions and sports offerings in Sicily, having your own car or a rental car is essential.

My name is Charlotte Jaroch and I have loved Italy for as long as I can remember. Since my childhood, I have spent many vacations in Italy and over the years, I have fallen more and more in love with the country, its people, and the culture.
Not to mention the delicious food and fine wines.
I often dreamed of owning my own little house in BELLA ITALIA, and now that dream has come true.
It was truly love at first sight; I saw this little house and was completely charmed, and my husband was and is just as thrilled.
We place great importance on a beautiful ambiance so that you feel completely comfortable with us.
That's why our CASA CARLOTTA is currently being spruced up for us and our guests.
During the times we cannot be in Donnalucata, our friend Enzo, who is local, takes care of CASA CARLOTTA.
Enzo speaks fluent German, will welcome you upon your arrival, and bid you farewell on your departure day.

Wenn wir könnten, wir würden mehr als 5 Sterne vergeben ! In diesem Ferienhaus hat es uns an wirklich nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und konnten direkt bei Ankunft mit Prosecco anstoßen, den Carlotta Jaroch für uns hat bereit stellen lassen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Enzo in Empfang genommen ,der auch über die gesamte Ferienzeit unser Ansprechpartner war, sowie auch Carlotta ,zu ihr hatten wir und haben wir noch immer einen herzlichen Kontakt. Die Casa ist sehr stilvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, alles ist tip top und sauber ! Und auch der Außenbereich ist wirklich mega schön , die Terrasse, der tolle Pool , es gibt absolut nichts auszusetzen ! Danke das wir unsere Ferientage in der Casa Carlotta verbringen durften .Wir werden dieses wunderschöne Haus weiterempfehlen

Liebe Carlotta,
wir durften drei Wochen in Deiner Casa Carlotta zu Gast sein und haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl und zuhause gefühlt. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet und der Pool ist ein Traum. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, auch die Betreuung durch Enzo ist nicht beschreibbar. Wir konnten ihn immer anrufen und er stand uns mit Rat, aber auch mit Tat zur Seite, war immer aufmerksam und dennoch zurückhaltend. Die Sonne Siziliens ist unbeschreiblich, die Zitronen suchen ihresgleichen und der Kontakt zu Dir, liebe Carlotta, war von einer Herzlichkeit, die ich so noch nie mit einer Vermieterin erlebt habe. Wir sagen "Mille Grazie" für die drei wunderschönen Wochen in der Casa Carlotta! Es wird bestimmt nicht unser letzter Besuch gewesen sein. :-)

ich bedanke mich sehr für diese tolle Bewertung und Deine liebevollen Worte . Es freut mich außerordentlich , das Ihr euch so wohl gefühlt habt , das war der Plan :-) Sizilien ist eine wunderschöne Insel mit soviel Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Menschen dort sind so freundlich und hilfsbereit, es ist schön das Ihr das auch so empfunden habt. Ja, Enzo ist ein wirkliches Juwel , er hilft wo er er kann und ich möchte auf ihn als Freund nicht mehr verzichten. Er ist quasi Familie !!! Was ich auch unfassbar schön finde, das dieser so herzliche Kontakt zu Dir entstanden ist und noch immer besteht . Sogar ein gegenseitiger Besuch ist bei uns schon fest eingeplant, darauf freue ich mich schon sehr .
