Booking cancellations and fees:
25% of the full rental price if you cancel before the 45th day of the booked arrival date.
50% of the full rental price if cancellation is made within 44 to 14 days before the booked arrival date.
75% of the full rental price if cancellation is made within 13 to 8 days before the booked arrival date.
100% of the full rental price if cancellation is made within 7 days before the booked arrival date.
Advance payments already made will be offset. We recommend adding cancellation insurance to your holiday booking.
Substitute tenant: The tenant has the right to propose a substitute tenant. This must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. The contract is entered into under the existing conditions. Tenants and substitute tenants are jointly and severally liable for the rent.
The decisive factor for calculating the cancellation fee is the receipt of the notice by the landlord. If the rental is terminated early, the entire rent remains due.

Holiday destination
Port Grimaud is a southern French tourist settlement founded by the architect François Spoerry and has existed since the 1960s. It has the character of a postmodern planned city that consciously follows traditional Mediterranean building forms and thus became a model for numerous similar projects (e.g. Puerto de Mogan on Gran Canaria and Palm Islands of Dubai).
The privately financed project in the luxury category was realised from 1964 on drained lagoon and marshland in the municipality of Grimaud, Var.
The model for the complex is Venice with its canals, bridges and pedestrian streets. The individual houses are equipped with boat moorings for the owners' private yachts. The facility was expanded in 1974 and 2008/09.
Getting there
By air: Nice or Toulon, each about 80 km away. From Nice with SNCF and bus,
from Toulon with Sodetrav bus.
By road: A8 motorway, St-Tropez exit, Sainte Maxime, Port Grimaud.
By train: To Les Arc, Le Muy or Saint Raphael, then by Sodetrav bus to the entrance to Port Grimaud

Wir haben dieses Jahr 2 Wochen im wirklich heißen Sommer in dem wunderschönen, sehr gut ausgestatteten Appartement verbracht. Es ist wirklich alles da, selbst eine Waschmaschine!
Eigentlich haben wir nur auf dem Balkon gelebt. Auf den Fotos sah er kleiner aus, ist aber großzügig und mit dem bequemen "Sofa" ganz wunderbar. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns das der Place F. Spoerry abends zwar belebt aber doch lange nicht so überlaufen wir der Place du Marché ist. Die netten Lokale am Platz wie auch die anderen in Port Grimaud haben uns völlig gereicht.
Einzelne Ausflüge in die Umgebung haben das ganze Abgerundet. Wunderbar!

Herzlichen Dank, Herr Wagner, für Ihre positive Beurteilung. Der relativ kühle Balkon ist auch für uns bei grosser Hitze bevorzugter, ruhiger Aufenthaltsplatz. Abends, als Petanque-Spieler, treffen wir auf der grossen "Piazza" immer etliche Gleichgesinnte.
Wir wünschen Ihnen noch einen angenehmen Restsommer.
