Cancellation policy
The tenant can cancel the contract at any time. The cancellation must be made in writing. In the event of cancellation, the tenant is obligated to compensate the landlord for any damage incurred:
• if cancellation occurs up to 60 days before the start of occupancy, 30% of the total price,
• if cancellation occurs from the 59th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy, 50% of the total price,
• if cancellation occurs from the 29th to the 1st day before the start of occupancy, 80% of the total price.
The date of receipt of the notification is what counts.

Getting there
You can arrive by plane to either Catania or Comiso airports. Car rental services are available at both airports. It is recommended to book your rental car from home in advance.
If you prefer to travel by car, you can drive to the southern tip of Italy and take the ferry from Messina, or you can board the ferry in Livorno or Genoa and enjoy a leisurely trip to Palermo.

Wir sind zum zweiten Mal im Oktober als Paar in der Villa Lorena gewesen. Wir lieben nicht nur die Lage ,sondern die komplette Unterkunft und deren Einrichtung und Ausstattung. Jedes Detail ist mit Liebe gestaltet,es ist sauber,ruhig gelegen und die Vermieter sind super sympathisch. Der Ablauf von der Schlüsselübergabe bis zur Abreise war Komplikationslos. Der Blick von der Villa aufs Meer ist ein Traum. Drinnen und draußen ist es gemütlich und man hat viele Bereiche die der Entspannung dienen. Zum Strand ist man mit dem Auto in 5 min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls genügend vorhanden. Man muss es einfach selbst erlebt haben. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Jahr.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, tolle Aussicht auf das Meer, großzügige Terrasse, wunderschöner Infinity Pool mit herrlichem Ausblick, Anlage sehr sauber und gepflegt, überdachter Parkplatz. Sehr nette Vermieter. Gabriele stand als sehr angenehme und hilfsbereite Ansprechpartnerin immer zur Verfügung.
