Cancellation policy
It may happen that you are unable to go on a booked trip. This is a pity. If you cancel your booking, the following costs will apply if another rental is not possible: You pay up to 49 days before the start of the rental: 10% of the rental price, up to 35 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price, up to 21 days before the start of the rental: 60% of the Rental price, up to 14 days before the start of the rental: 90% of the rental price, otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental) 100% of the rental price.
Nevertheless, the landlord makes every effort to rent the rental property to someone else.
If the tenant ends the stay prematurely, he remains obliged to pay the full rental price.
Cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The date of receipt of the declaration by the landlord is decisive.

Holiday destination
The village offers everything you need for a vacation: a well-stocked supermarket, many pleasant restaurants, cafés, and bars, some with live music. There are many beautiful beaches (Matala, Comos Beach, Kalamaki Beach), and well-known archaeological sites.
Getting there
By car from Heraklion Airport, take the city highway towards Heraklion on the right. At the exit to Mires, leave the city highway and turn right. Follow the road to Agia Varvara. At the Agia Varvara roundabout, take the first exit towards Mires. At the end of the highway turn right and drive through Mires towards Timbaki. Follow the road until the exit to Festos is signposted on the left. From Festod drive towards Matala. At the Sivas/Kamilari intersection turn right to Kamilari. Follow the road to the Kamilari cemetery (on the right). At the cemetery, immediately turn sharply right and at the end of the cemetery follow the road to the left until you reach the Villa Ilona parking lot on the right.
