Cancellation policy
Cancellation fees:
For cancellations up to 3 month before your arrival date, you receive back your deposit less a service charge of EUR 25.00 per apartment.
For cancellations from 3 month up to 1 month before your arrival date 40% of the total rental price.
For cancellations from 1 month up to 1 week before your arrival date 70% of the total rental price.
For cancellations within the last week of your arrival date 90% of the total rental price.
For no-shows, too late arrival or earlier departure we charge you 100% of the total agreed price (incl. final cleaning and visitor's tax).
If we can rent the apartment to somebody else we do not charge cancellation fees, but a service charge of EUR 25.00 per apartment.

Wir waren im Juni für eine Woche im Chalet Reblaus. Bei Anreise wurden wir von der sehr freundlichen Vermieterin herzlich begrüßt. Das Haus übertraf unsere Erwartungen bei weitem. Sehr exklusive Materialien wurden hier verarbeitet. Man fühlte sich sofort wohl. Hier wurde alles mit Liebe zum Detail geplant. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und der Winterurlaub ist bereits gebucht. Die Pizzeria im Nebenhaus gehört auch den Vermietern. Hier gibts leckere italienische Küche sowie feinste Steaks. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf den nächsten Urlaub im Chalet.
