It is a 30-minute walk or 6-minute drive to the forest climbing park in Leiwen with many courses of varying difficulty. Fun for kids and grown-ups!
The old Roman city of Trier with the famous Porta Nigra, the beautiful cathedral and the impressive Konstantinbasilika can be reached in about 30 minutes by car along the idyllic Moseluferstrasse.
The beautiful and very well-kept 18-hole course of the Golf Club Trier with its varied and sometimes quite demanding fairways in a charming landscape of vineyards, biotopes, meadows and forests can be reached in just 10 minutes!
Neuwagen-Drohn - the oldest wine village in Germany - can also be reached in just 10 minutes by car - and Trittenheim, Piesport, Mülheim or Bernkastel-Kues are also not far away. Either quickly by car or by bike as a destination always easy to reach along the Moselle. And everywhere there are endless opportunities to discover good wine and excellent gastronomy - there is sure to be something for every taste!

Holiday destination
Located in the midst of vineyards, above the Moselle with a unique panoramic view! The perfect place to relax or as a starting point to explore the wonderful Moselle region!
Countless hikes and bike tours can be started from here - the selection is huge and we recommend taking a look at Komoot or similar apps!
The panorama pool "Roman Wine Route" with its 76 meter giant slide, the diving platform, swimmer and children's pool and the large sunbathing lawn can be reached on foot in 15 minutes!
The center of Leiwen is only 2km away and can be reached by car in a few minutes. Here you will find a supermarket, a butcher, a baker and everything you need for your daily needs! Two doctors and a pharmacy are also located here.

Europaweit erfahren mit Ferienhäusern geben wir diesem Haus eindeutig den Spitzenplatz.
Lage und besonders Aussicht sind unvergleichlich.
Die Ausstattung aller Räume ist sehr hochwertig, unaufdringlich und stilsicher. Die Küche ist so reichhaltig ausgestattet, dass wir einige Gäste problemlos bewirten konnten. Wohlfühlfaktor garantiert!
In dieses positive Bild fügt sich der unaufdringliche, freundliche, hilfsbereite Betreuer nahtlos ein.

Das Ferienhaus von Familie Kirsten ist wirklich ein Traum. Sowohl vom Wohnzimmer aus, als auch von den Schlafzimmern aus hat man einen direkten Blick auf die Moselschleife. Wir haben diese Aussicht sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass man sich rundum wohl fühlt. Für Familien ist die Nähe zum Sonnenlandpark mit seinem schönen Spielplatz und Kletterpark sehr günstig. Ansonsten kann man direkt vom Ferienhaus aus loswandern. Sehenswerte Orte wie Trier oder Bernkastel sind in 30 Minuten erreichbar. Ein großer Dank gilt Herrn Päulgen, der uns alles erklärt hat und sehr hilfsbereit war.
