If, for personal reasons, the guest withdraws from the contract or does not make use of the reserved accommodation, the host is entitled to demand payment of the price, less recouped expenses and income from other replacement lettings.
The flat-rate forfeiture compensation fee for apartments without breakfast is 90% of the contract price.
The guest reserves the right to prove lower damages, and the host the right to prove higher damages.

Holiday destination
Idyllic and quiet and yet central. Our house is less than 5 kilometres from Lindau and beautiful Lake Constance, surrounded by apple orchards, small groves and individual farmsteads in the idyllic district of Hergensweiler/Mollenberg.
Here you can forget the hustle and bustle and street noise. Centrally located in the tripoint on the edge of the Allgäu region, you can be on Lake Constance or in Austria in 10 minutes, or in Switzerland in 20 minutes.
Getting there
Take the Autobahn towards Lindau. Take the Weißensberg-Hergensweiler exit and keep left, towards Hergensweiler.
Keep on this road (B 12) and drive slightly uphill for about 300 metres, then turn right towards Mollenberg.
Always keep to the right and drive into Mollenberg. Mollenberg has only one road that goes in a circle around a pond. You'll see a long, yellow house with the number 15. We live here, and here is where you'll get your key
Coming from Friedrichshafen, take the Autobahn to the Lindau exit. Then turn right towards Weissensberg. Drive through the village, then turn right towards Kempten/Hergensweiler. Then continue on, as described above.

Ein schönes Ferienhaus in einer großartigen, ruhigen Lage. Die Familie Fischer sind sehr nette Vermieter. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und unser Hund war ebenfalls sehr willkommen. Die Umgebung lädt zu vielfältigen Aktivitäten ein. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Vielen Dank an die Familie Fischer. Wir kommen wieder.

Trotz aller Widrigkeiten (unser Auto ist vor einer Woche liegen geblieben, das Wetter war mäßig und ich hatte eine Erkältung) fanden wir in dieser kleinen Stadt einige Tage des Friedens und der Entspannung. Die Eigentümer sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit – sogar durch angenehme E-Mail-Austausche im Vorfeld. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, und in nur wenigen Minuten erreichen Sie die Bäckerei, das italienische Restaurant, Edeka, Netto, die Tankstelle usw. Auch Lindau und die Region Allgäu sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Wir waren vollkommen zufrieden, nochmals vielen Dank für Ihre Gastfreundschaft, und wir werden sehen, vielleicht kommen wir sehr bald wieder :-)
