Cancellation policy
If the tenant withdraws from the rental agreement, the following pro-rata cancellation fees plus a
processing fee of €50 shall be payable. If income is generated during the canceled period from
another rental agreement, this shall be credited.
- Cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price
- Cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price
- Cancellation up to 10 days before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
- After that (later than 10 days before the start of the rental period): 90% of the rental price.
If tourist rentals are prohibited during the booking period due to official or legal requirements,
cancellation is possible free of charge; only a €50
processing fee will be charged to the tenant.
