Cancellation policy
Cancellation free of charge in the event of a travel ban: refund of all payments made to the owner.
In the event of cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the rental period, 40% of the rental price must be paid,
59 to 46 days before 50%. In the event of cancellation at shorter notice, 100% of the rental price must be paid.
The tenant can suggest a new tenant, the landlord is not obliged to take over. The tenant shall pay a lump sum of € 75.00. Cancellation must be made in writing and must be received by post. Cancellation insurance is recommended.
