Das Cottage war sehr schmutzig. Ein Hund war eindeutig dort gewesen; es war voller Haare und roch nach Hund. Hinter dem Schrank wurde ein Apfel gefunden.
Wir haben auch keine Spülmaschine oder Waschmaschine gesehen, obwohl die Beschreibung dies versprach.
Es gab keine Nachttischlampen, sodass wir nicht lesen konnten.
Wir mussten den Eigentümer anrufen, um den WLAN-Code zu bekommen. Es wäre hilfreicher gewesen, wenn wir eine Anleitung für WLAN und Fernseher bekommen hätten. Normalerweise beschwere ich mich nicht, aber mit Belvilla habe ich bessere Erfahrungen gemacht.

Es ist ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, aber es gibt ein paar kleinere Verbesserungsvorschläge.
Wir wussten nicht, wie man einige Geräte bedient.
Zum Beispiel das Induktionskochfeld und den Backofen.
Wir konnten auch den WLAN-Code nicht finden.
Dies wurde durch eine E-Mail an die Kontaktperson gelöst, die schnell reagierte.
Es gibt auch eine PlayStation, die nicht angeschlossen ist, und es gibt DVDs, aber keinen Player.
Außerdem funktionieren die verschiedenen Fernbedienungen nicht, weil die Batterie leer ist.
Für uns als Gäste wäre eine Anleitung hilfreich:
wie die Geräte funktionieren;
wo der nächste Supermarkt ist;
wie die Müllabfuhr funktioniert;
Außerdem funktioniert ein Knopf in der Dusche nicht richtig. Eine Feder funktioniert nicht, deshalb befestigen wir sie gerade mit einer Wäscheklammer.
In der Beschreibung steht, dass es eine Spülmaschine gibt, aber es gibt keine.
Aus Gründen der Privatsphäre wäre es schön, wenn das Küchenfenster einen Vorhang hätte. Dieses Fenster bietet Blick auf das Badezimmer.
Diese kleinen Anpassungen machen Ihren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer.
