Cancellation policy
Cancellation by the customer/Cancellation fees
The customer can cancel the booking at any time by written notification (email to the landlord).
For the cancellation of the booking, the following cancellation fees are owed to the landlord:
Up to 45 days before the start of occupancy 30% of the total price
44th to 31st day before the start of occupancy 50% of the total price
30th to 7th day before the start of occupancy 80% of the total price
6th day until the start of occupancy 100% of the total price
It is the customer's responsibility to prove that the landlord has not suffered any damage due to the cancellation. The customer has the right to provide one or more substitute participants who will take over the booking. If the customer terminates the occupancy early without the landlord's consent, the agreed remaining payment is to be made in full. Shorter duration of stay, fewer number of persons than confirmed in the booking, caused by the customer, do not entitle to a proportional refund of the total price. The landlord may cancel the booking unilaterally by email up to 5 days before the start of occupancy. Payments made must be refunded to the customer.
