Cancellation Policy
According to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code, there is no right of withdrawal as per the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant you the right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions pursuant to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code: Up to 15 days before the day of arrival, the reservation can be cancelled without incurring a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained. Within the last 15 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price.

Arrival by car
From Brenner: Highway A22, exit Bolzano-Sud, then take the Wine Road to Kaltern.
From the South: Highway A22, exit Neumarkt-Auer-Tramin, then take the Wine Road to Kaltern.
From Arlberg/Landeck: Over the Reschen Pass to Merano, expressway to Bolzano, and then take the Wine Road to Kaltern.

Es waren phantastische 5 Tage in La Vinea. Eine liebevolle und herzliche Gastgeberin, eine schicke und saubere Ferienwohnung eingebettet in eine traumhafte Landschaft und offene und stets hilfsbereite Menschen in Kaltern und Umgebung. La Vinea ist absolut zu empfehlen und eine Reise wert. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Urlaubswoche in der Ferienwohnung Loggia mit einer Terrasse mit traumhaften Blick ins Tal direkt in den Rebhängen gelegen._x000D_
Unterstellplatz für unsere E Bikes inklusive mit direkter Lademöglichkeit._x000D_
Unser kleiner Hund durfte auch mit und fühlte sich genau so wohl wie wir._x000D_
Die Wohnung war gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber ! Einschließlich sehr bequemen Bett._x000D_
Die Besitzerin Kathrin ist eine sehr freundliche und engagierte Person._x000D_
Wir können La Vinea und die Wohnung Loggia zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.
