Gute und ruhige Lage. Ausstattung (sowie Sauberkeit) des Hauses insgesamt ist sicherlich in Ordnung, aber für ein so großes Haus ist eine Doppelspülmaschine kein unnötiger Luxus, den wir enorm vermisst haben, da wir wussten, dass die einzige Spülmaschine nicht richtig funktionierte. Wir Fehlende Duschtüren zu finden, ist aber auch ein Muss. Beide Punkte scheinen mir für diese Villa kein großer Kostenfaktor zu sein.

Das Haus ist toll. Es gibt viel Platz für die Kinder und verschiedene Sitzplätze im Freien. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte optimiert werden. ( kein richtiger Backofen, Pürierstab defekt) Toller Pool!
