The famous Nesso Bridge is within walking distance. From here you can jump into the lake and go for a swim. The fantastic hiking area “Pian di Tivano” can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
Holiday destination
The location in Nesso is the ideal starting point for your tours: the village is right in the middle between Como and Bellagio, so both towns can be reached in 20 minutes. Countless good restaurants line the lakeshore and you can take the ferry to the other side of the lake. The villa is also an ideal starting point for outdoor activities: the old “Strada Regia” leads directly past the villa and to the “Tivan del Piano” plateau, simply drive a few kilometers up the mountain.

An absolutely stunning home away from home!
We rented this jewel of a villa for a getaway and the stay was so perfect. Even though the weather wasn't great for a bit of it, we enjoyed staying in a lot because we just felt so comfortable. The decor is super nice, high quality and really aesthetically pleasing. And honestly, rain is not a big deal when you have a view like that. :)
It's obvious that a lot of thought has been put into making this house a home:
The kitchen is amazingly functional, we cooked every day and there is any appliance we could ever need, from toaster to milk foamer and even an Aarke water carbonator.
The living room is super cozy, the huge sofa is perfect for lounging, watching TV (they also have access to practically every streaming service on the market) or napping.
The bedrooms are the perfect size, very comfortable beds and with the right amount of decorations.
The bathrooms are super nice, too, and we love the bidets!
The only downside to the stay was leaving at the end. We will definitely come back and I cannot wait to enjoy this house in every season.
