This wasn’t the original apartment chosen by us, as the first one was cancelled. However we were offered an apartment with the same specifications albeit further away from our original choice. Although there was an elevator which we needed for one of our party who is disabled, to access the elevator there were five steps which wasn’t ideal. Access into the lobby wasn’t easy either. The apartment is very nice and spacious which suited us (two couples) but I will say it was on a noisy street. The bedrooms are on that side so earplugs were definitely needed. We loved Palermo, a great place to visit.
