This apartment was really big with lovely furniture, good temperature and great location! We were happily surprised when entering. However, there were some hiccups during our stay. Firstly, we didn’t get the gas stove to work. Our contact in Wonderful Italy answered quickly when we texted about this. Secondly, there was only enough hot water for two showers. When we asked about this on Saturday, we never received an answer. Maybe because it was during the weekend? But that really shouldn’t be a problem when renting out during the weekend. I’m sure there’s just a button somewhere, but we where not comfortable with pressing every button in the apartment. Lastly, we never received information about check-out routine. An instruction sheet in the apartment with information about how to turn on the gas and warm water, and what’s expecting when checking out would be great! Taking cold showers for four days was, to put it mildly, not ideal. Also, there’s a surprise balcony there! :)
