Do una stella perché non ne posso dare ZERO!_x000D_ Questa casa ha sicuramente del potenziale: è in pieno centro, molto carina e con spazi che all’inizio sembravano perfetti. Purtroppo però la gestione lascia davvero a desiderare e la nostra esperienza è stata tutt’altro che positiva._x000D_ _x000D_ Dopo poche ore dall’arrivo, il condizionatore ha iniziato a perdere abbondantemente acqua sul pavimento. Ho chiamato subito l’assistenza, che mi ha rimandato al giorno dopo: si è presentato un signore gentile, ma chiaramente non un tecnico, che si è limitato a pulire i filtri. Risultato? La sera stessa la perdita è ricominciata, ancora più fastidiosa. Non solo: io stessa sono scivolata sull’acqua, rischiando di farmi male. Ho richiamato dicendo chiaramente che non ero lì per pulire litri d’acqua ogni giorno, ma la “soluzione” è stata una promessa di intervento che non si è mai concretizzata. Nessuno è più venuto e abbiamo dovuto sopportare questa situazione per tutta la vacanza._x000D_ _x000D_ E non è tutto. La zanzariera del bagno era bloccata, costringendomi a tenere la finestra aperta. Il soffione della doccia era sporco e incrostato di nero. In casa c’era polvere sparsa e la cucina era letteralmente invasa dalle formiche, nonostante non avessi lasciato cibo in giro. Un dettaglio che dice molto sull’attenzione alle pulizie._x000D_ _x000D_ La cosa più fastidiosa è che al momento della prenotazione hanno preteso subito il pagamento, ma quando si è trattato di risolvere problemi seri non solo non hanno garantito un intervento immediato, ma ci hanno praticamente abbandonati al nostro destino._x000D_ _x000D_ In sintesi: bella casa, ottima posizione, ma pessima gestione. Se non si è in grado di accogliere gli ospiti e garantire i servizi minimi, forse sarebbe meglio lasciare questo lavoro. Personalmente, la sconsiglio vivamente: mai più.
