Holiday destination
The property is located in a neighbourhood of San Costanzo. The beautiful main town can be reached by car in a very short time. There are bakers, butchers, other small shops, a supermarket, bars, pharmacy, banks and cash machines. There are also two winegrowers in the immediate vicinity, where you can enjoy and purchase regional products (wine, olive oil, honey, etc.) at tastings in a great atmosphere. In just 15 minutes you can reach the beautiful Adriatic coast, with its fine sandy beaches, beach restaurants, bagnis etc. Senigallia, a popular seaside resort with 13 kilometres of wonderful sandy beach, can be reached in around 20 minutes. The old town has a Renaissance fortress, a fountain, a palace and a cathedral.
Thanks to its many magnificent churches and imposing architecture, the Renaissance city of Urbino is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and can be reached in around 45 minutes by car. Ancona and its airport can also be easily reached in around 45 minutes via the highway.

Wir waren zum Ende der Sommerferien noch einmal Sonne tanken. Es war wunderschön, sowohl das Haus, als auch der Garten mit dem großen Pool. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz und ist top gepflegt. Auch am Meer waren wir oft, die Entfernung ist mit 15 Minuten ideal. Im Dorf gibt es eine tolle Bäckerei und einen guten Metzger, auch die kleine Pizzeria dort ist super. Man kann in der Gegend auch viel unternehmen, wir hatten beispielsweise unsere Räder dabei, Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen!
