Cancellation up to 30 days before your arrival: The deposit will be retained, credited as a voucher, and can be used within one year.
Cancellation 29 to 14 days before your arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
Cancellation 13 days up to the planned arrival day: 80% of the total amount will be charged.
In case of no-show or early departure, unfortunately, 100% of the agreed amount will be charged.
