The apartment is located not only in an absolutely quiet and sunny position, but here is also the ideal starting point for all activities around Garmisch-Partenkirchen: In 5 minutes walk from the ski stadium, you will find a swimming pool and the Eckbauerbahn; very good starting point for hiking and mountain biking.
The center of Partenkirchen can be reached on foot in about 10-15 minutes. A bus stop is also only 2 minutes away.
Getting there
Of Munich:
They're going to Partenkirchen, along Münchner Straße, straight on several car dealerships over towards Mittenwald.
The Münchner Straße turns into the main street and then into the Mittenwalderstraße. On the right you will pass the dealership Konietzny, then it is the 2nd right -ALPENSTRASSE-.
Coming from Mittenwald:
You drive into the village Ga.-Pa. into it, just to the right is the Dorindt Hotel, then take the first left into the Alpenstr.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche bei den herzlichen Strodls.
Die Wohnung ist groß, sauber, gemütlich und ruhig gelegen. Auch an Schlechtwettertagen hat jeder einen kuscheligen Platz. Auf der großen Dachterrasse konnten wir auch im Januar die Sonne genießen. Man ist zu Fuß in ca. 15 Min. in der historischen Ludwigstraße mit tollen Restaurants oder beim Supermarkt. Der Bus fährt direkt um die Ecke, damit ist man schnell in Garmisch. Mit Hund ist man in ein paar Minuten am Feld/Bach und kann sehr schön Spazierengehen.
Das einzige, was uns etwas gestört hat, war der Fön, bei dem permanent ein Knopf gedrückt werden musste und, dass die Wohnung sehr hellhörig ist, eher für Familien als für Freunde geeignet.
Wir können diese tolle Ferienwohnung aber absolut weiterempfehlen. Danke für die Gastfreundlichkeit.

Zum wiederholten Male, ich denke zum 10ten oder 11ten Mal, das müssen wir nächstes Jahr mal genau nachvollziehen, hab ich mich wieder pudelwohl gefühlt. Es ist jedesmal wie nach Hause kommen. Hier kann man sich auch nur wohlfühlen. Es fehlt an nichts und ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit lassen keine Wünsche offen. Und wenn es doch mal einen Wunsch gibt dann gibt es da ja Frau Strodl. Ich freu mich schon auf nächstes und übernächstes Jahr. Vielen Dank für alles.
