The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with stove and dish washer. Next to the entrance you find a storage room for luggage. The first bed room is on the ground level, very bright, with a double bed and a closet. Next to it you find the bathroom of the flat which has a tube and shower attachment. The second bed room is in the basement. But don't worry, it has a window that brings daylight in! It contains a double bed also, and a huge closet. Both beds have separate matrasses, for a perfect sleep! Another feature is the safe where you can keep your stuff, a ski storage room in the basement of the house, a subterranean parking place , and a washing machine and a dryer in the basement of the house (with a coin slot). Animals are welcome! Please notice that this is a non-smoking apartment!

Please give us a call 30 minutes before you arrive, so we can tell you whether you need to come to our office at "Brandstraße 27" first or if you can drive directly to the flat. We welcome you between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. If you arrive later than 6 p.m. please give us a notice early enough.

The Cancellation of the rental agreement must be made in writing. The day we get the Cancellation is the day that will be used for taxation of the costs. For travel cancellation we charge the following costs:
Up to 90 days before the start of the journey 20% of the rent, up to 89 days before 80 %, and 42 days before 100 %. The cancellation fee refers purely to the rental price! Extra costs like the cleaning fee, Wi-Fi, garage, etcetera will be reimbursed a 100 %.
If it is possible to rent the apartment to someone else for the canceled period, only the expense allowance will be charged.
The lessor reserves the right to charge 100 % of the rental price in case of a no-show! If the tenant can't arrive, it is his right to name other Visitors. Please give us a notice early enough that is coming to the apartment instead of you, if this happens. The decision to accept the new guests is up to us.
If the apartment will be left earlier than originally booked, the tenant has to pay the full amount for the stay nevertheless. The lessor won't refund the costs of the overnights that have not been taken! The burden of proof, that the lessor has saved expenses during the subletting, is up to the Guest.
A baby bed is available for 25 Euro!
Local city tax is not included and is 3,00 Euro per night / person
Visitor tax for children between 6-16 years is 1 Euro per night!
We charge 10 Euro (once) per Person for a stay under 7 nights!
We charge a security deposit of 150 Euro for bookings from outside germany and guests with dogs!
