Holiday destination
The villa is located in the "villastreet" in the city of Zempin right at the seafront. The villa is surrounded by the baltic sea from the northside and the "Achterwasser'" from the south. The villa is located right at the beach and also close to the biking routes through the island. Grocery stores, bakery, fish-smokehouse, restaurants, post office, bus stops and a place to rent bikes are easily to find. Next to the seafront is a big playground right at the sea. From there it is especially nice to watch the fisher fish their fish in the morning.
Getting there
The fastest way to get to us is via the highway A20, take exit Gützkow and then drive through Wolgast and Zinnowitz to Zempin.
If you are not in a hurry and open for a scenic tour, take the B110 via Anklam to Zempin.
