Cancellation policy
A deposit of 25% of the total rental price is due within 14 days of the booking confirmation. The remaining amount can be paid by bank transfer before arrival or in cash upon arrival.
According to Section 537 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the tenant is not exempted from paying the rental price if they are unable to use the holiday property for personal reasons. Personal reasons include all reasons that are within the guest's sphere of life; e.g., holiday ban, illness, death, etc., or those for which the landlord is not responsible; e.g., bad weather. If the guest nonetheless cancels the contract before the start of their stay or arrives later or departs earlier than agreed, they are obliged to pay the landlord the agreed rental price minus any expenses saved for the days on which they do not use the reserved holiday home. Free cancellation by the guest is only possible if a replacement tenant is found or if the landlord gives their consent in exceptional circumstances.
4. Standard rates for expenses saved
In established case law, the following values are generally considered saved expenses:

Getting there
Arrival via the A 20 motorway, exit for Wolgast. The B111 takes you through Wolgst to the island of Usedom. In Loddin, drive to the town centre to Haus Aquarius.

Es war wirklich alles vor Ort, was man gebraucht hat, inkl Brötchenservice.
Direkt am Achterwasser. Sehr netter Vermieter, alles sauber und gepflegt.

We had a lovely time in beautiful Loddin. The apartament was a very nice one, clean and spacious. A double bed was very good. My suggestion is to provide a second bedroom with proper single mattresses, because the ones in that room are too thin for older kids. We will come again for sure
