Description
Our farmhouse, built in 1892, was extensively renovated in 2011/12 and stylishly combines tradition and modernity. The equipment is upscale and leaves nothing to be desired. It was awarded 5 stars by the DTV.

Cancellation policy
You can always withdraw from your booking. In this case we calculate as compensation the following prorated rent:
- After first installment and up to 30 days before arrival: 20% of the rental price - Up to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price
- Up to 7 days before arrival: 80% of the rental price
All cancellation must be received in writing. Relevant is the date of receipt of the letter of the landlord. In trip interruption while staying 100% of the contract price have to be paid. If the tenant does not cancel and does not arrive at the agreed date the same rules apply.
In case of no show of the tenant and no received cancellation the landlord can rent the apartment or house to another party 24 hours after the original agreed arrival date.
We recommend that you contract separate travel cancellation insurance. If you can not take your trip due to unforeseen events such as accident or illness or have to depart unscheduled this insurance will reimburse you a large part of the withdrawal cost. The insurance usually needs to be contracted no later than 14 days after booking.

Our cottage is located on a plateau between the two small towns Alpirsbach and Lossburg. Idyllically embedded in a small hamlet it is surrounded by woods and meadows.
Ideal as a starting point for biking and hiking.
Enjoy nature on the sun-drenched, spacious 100sqm terrace while your children play on the playground in their own garden.
Baden-Baden, Stuttgart, Freiburg and the Europa Park in Rust can be reached in about an hour's drive.
Getting there
The house is between Alpirsbach and Loßburg in the north of the black forest. The next bigger city is freudenstadt.

Absolut empfehlenswert. Ein sehr schönes und sauberes Haus, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, die Küche ist toll ausgestattet. Frau Kohler ist unbeschreiblich hilfsbereit gewesen (vielen Dank für die kleine Aufmerksamkeit).
Alles in allem ein sehr schönes und entspanntes Wochenende. Vielen Dank.

Wir verbrachten mit unserer Tochter, ihrem Freund, unserem 3 1/2 jährigen Enkel und unserem Hund im Ferienhaus Lindenbuch wunderschöne Urlaubstage.
Wir haben uns gleich nach dem Betreten des Hauses, wie daheim gefühlt.
Das Haus ist super ausgestattet.
Die Tischtennisplatte in der Scheune wurde täglich genutzt.
Die Nachbarn sind total nett und freundlich.
Ich muss unbedingt noch die bequemen Betten erwähnen. Ich hatte so gut geschlafen und keine Rückenschmerzen.
Der Garten und die Terrasse sind riesig.
Mit Kleinkindern und Hunden wäre ein komplett eingezäunter Garten optimal.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
