Cancellation policy
The rental agreement becomes effective when the deposit amount of 30% specified by the lessor has been received in the lessor's account within the specified period. The deposit is due as soon as you have received the booking confirmation (deposit invoice). By paying the deposit, you accept the terms of the agreement. You do not need to return a signed rental agreement to us. If the deposit is not received by the landlord within the specified period, the rental agreement shall be deemed not to have been concluded, without the landlord being required to give any special notification.
The tenant may withdraw from the agreement free of charge up to 42 days before the arrival date. However, they shall then be liable to the landlord for damages. The deposit shall be charged as compensation. We recommend that the tenant take out travel cancellation insurance.
The tenant will receive two front door keys for the duration of the rental period, which they will either receive from us on site or which will be in the key safe. The tenant will receive the code for this by email at least one week before arrival.
Earliest arrival time: 4:00 p.m. Latest departure time: 10:00 a.m.

Holiday destination
The St. Peter-Ording spa and sulfur baths are probably the most popular vacation destination on the German North Sea coast.The Wadden Sea in Schleswig-Holstein, a Unesco World Heritage Site, invites you to relax and take long walks in the salty, iodine-rich sea air.The water park has water slides and an outdoor pool.In the village district, you can visit the local history museum and the amber museum.
Getting there
Take the A23 towards Husum (about 1 hour on the motorway after the Elbe Tunnel), then exit at Heide towards Wesselburen and follow signs to Eidersperrwerk. From the motorway, it’s a 30-minute drive to Sankt Peter-Ording.
