Cancellation policy
The rental agreement shall become effective once the aforementioned deposit of EUR 100 has been received in the landlord's account by the specified date. The tenant may withdraw from the agreement free of charge up to 28 days prior to the arrival date. In the event of cancellation within 28 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit shall be retained.The tenant will receive a front door key for the duration of the rental period, which they will either receive from us on site or find in the key safe. The tenant will receive the code for the key safe by email at least one week before arrival.The earliest arrival time is 4:00 p.m. and the latest departure time is 10:00 a.m.

Holiday destination
Beach, beach, and more beach. The location is simply wonderful: the seemingly endless beach is almost on your doorstep. Diagonally opposite is a pine forest.
The center with its nice restaurants and shops, as well as the Dünentherme spa, are easily accessible on foot or by bike.
Getting there
From the Elbe Tunnel, it takes an hour and a half.
Take the A7 until the highway forks and switch to the A23. Continue on this road until you reach Heide. From there, it's only another half hour. Drive via Wesselburen and the Eider Barrage to Sankt Peter-Ording.
