Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse. Sie ist hell und freundlich, mit allem ausgestattet für den täglichen Bedarf. Besonders hat uns das renovierte Bad gefallen.
Das äußere Erscheinungsbild des Hauses könnte verbessert werden. Die obere Holzverkleidung sollte mal bearbeitet werden.
