Cancellation policy
There are two possible rates:
1) Free Cancellation Rate within 28 days of arrival with a 30% advance payment and the balance due 4 weeks before arrival. In the event of cancellation or no-show, the deposit will be retained.
2) Non-refundable Rate with a 100% advance payment, which will not be refunded in the event of cancellation or no show. Non-Refundable Rate is available on request and to which a 10% discount will be applied

Service hoursYou must bring bed linen and towels (possibly rented on site at a cost of 20 euros per person) and kitchen towels (non rentable) . A security deposit of 200 Euro may be requested which will be returned at your departure
