Cancellation policy
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Any payments already made will be fully refunded. For cancellations between 29 and 7 days before arrival, 50% of the overnight price will be charged. For cancellations less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show, 90% of the overnight price will be charged. The final cleaning fee is only charged in case of actual arrival and will be fully refunded in the event of cancellation. Guests are, of course, entitled to prove that no damage or a lesser damage has been incurred. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Our holiday apartment is located in the peaceful village of Thalhofen near Marktoberdorf, surrounded by typical Allgäu scenery with meadows, rolling hills, and alpine views. The natural setting invites you to relax and unwind, while shops, bakeries, butchers, and restaurants are easily accessible. The location combines tranquility in nature with good connections and short distances to the region’s highlights.
Getting there
The holiday apartment is easily accessible by car. Parking is available directly at the house. Thalhofen near Marktoberdorf is well connected and can be reached easily from Munich as well as from Austria. The nearest train station is located in Marktoberdorf, from where taxis and buses are available. Key handover takes place in person.

Super hochwertig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Kaffeevollautomat mit Kaffee und Milch, alles in sehr ansprechendem Design und hochwertigem Mobiliar. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und es gab noch zahlreiche kleinere Geschenke und Lebensmittel gratis dazu. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Auch die Vermieter waren sehr nett.
