Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation of a reservation by the user :
- more than 6 weeks before the beginning of the rental period, the user must deposit 30% of the total rent as penalty;
- less than 6 weeks before the beginning of the rental period, the user is obliged to pay the full rent.
It is also recommended that the tenant takes out holiday insurance to cover cancellation of the holiday rental.

On the first floor, you will find six beautifully furnished bedrooms. Three of these are spacious double bedrooms featuring 180×200 cm beds. There is also a smaller double bedroom with a 140×200 cm bed, and two twin bedrooms, all designed with comfort in mind are equipped with air-conditioning and have their own private bathroom.
