Cancellation policy
A cancellation must be made in writing. In the event of cancellation or no-show, we reserve the right to charge cancellation fees.
Cancellation up to 45 days before the start of the rental period = 20% of the total rental price (excluding tourist tax)
Cancellation 31 to 44 days before the start of the rental period = 30% of the total rental price (excluding tourist tax)
Cancellation 21 to 30 days before the start of the rental period = 50% of the total rental price (excluding tourist tax)
Cancellation 12 to 20 days before the start of the rental period = 70% of the total rental price (excluding tourist tax)
Cancellation 7 to 11 days before the start of the rental period = 80% of the total rental price (excluding tourist tax)
Cancellation from the 6th day before the start of the rental period and in case of no-show = 90% of the total rental price (excluding tourist tax)

Getting there
By train:
Railway line Freiburg–Donaueschingen, terminus station Neustadt; from there, bus connections to Friedenweiler.
We would also be happy to pick you up in Neustadt by car.
By car:
Karlsruhe–Basel motorway, exit Freiburg-Mitte, then take the B31 towards Donaueschingen through the Höllental; 4 km after Neustadt, turn off at Friedenweiler.
Stuttgart–Bodensee motorway, Donaueschingen exit, then take the B31 to the Friedenweiler junction.
