Cancellation policy
Cancellation by the renter
The renter can cancel the contract before arrival by written declaration to the owner. The decisive factor is the time at which the notice of withdrawal is received by the landlord. If the guest cancels the rental contract, they must pay a flat fee compensation for the expenses already incurred by the owner and the lost profit in the following amounts:
Cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 0%
Cancellation up to 45 days before the start of the rental period: 20%
Cancellation up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 50%
Thereafter and in the case of non-appearance: 80%

This light-filled architect-designed house is set in a superb location in the exclusive “Dünenland” holiday home complex. The beach is just 400 metres from the house (around a 4-minute walk). From the property, you have a view into the forest.
Because there are no other rented holiday homes in the immediate vicinity, the area offers a peaceful setting.

Kaum im Haus angekommen, begann ein schöner unvergessener Urlaub- in diesem Ferienhaus der Extraklasse, lichtdurchflutet und sehr hochwertig mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Angefangen bei Sauberkeit und Ordnung, der stilvollen Einrichtung und dem Platzangebot über Kamin und Sauna bis zum Strandkorb, Gasgrill und Hängematte. Mehr geht nicht und dazu noch diese Lage. Ruhig und idyllisch nur knapp 400 m vom wunderschönen Ostseestrand entfernt. Dieses wunderschöne Ferienhaus mit einem großen sehr gepflegten Grundstück direkt im Küstenwald eingebettet macht den Urlaub unvergessen und lässt es an nichts fehlen.
Diese Ferienhaus können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freuen uns auf eine Wiederholung in diesem schönen Domizil.

Wir haben in diesem Ferienhaus einige ruhige Tage verbracht. Es hat an nichts gefehlt! Ein phantastisches Haus mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Super nett war auch die Vor-Ort Betreuung durch den Hauswart!
