Cancellation policy
In the event of a cancellation ours Ts&Cs apply (general terms and conditions for the German hotel industry)
Up to 2 months prior to your arrival - a processing fee of Euro 100 will be charged.
From 2 months to 1 month prior to your arrival the cancellation fee will be 40 % of the booking rate.
From 30 days to 14 days prior to your arrival the cancellation fee will be 70 % of the booking rate.
In the event of a cancellation within the last 14 days prior to your arrival - or early departure you will be charged 100% of the booking rate.
The right of cancellation as per Article 18 section 1 of the German Law on Distance and External Sales shall not be applicable.
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. We will be more than glad to offer you this service - and we will arrange for travel insurance for you with the European travel insurance. Please let us know if you are interested in this option.
WUFF WUFF - One dog is welcome to the holiday home. We have a large fenced garden with plenty of space to run around and play. We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed on the beach by the authorities - but there are a few places around the lake where your dog can get into the water - we will be happy to tell you about them.

Day trips to Mostbauern, walking tours in the nearby forest. Cycling trails around the Wörthersee. In approx. 30 minutes by car you can reach the stunning mountain roads. Pyramidenkogel view tower. If you purchase a Kärnten-Card (from Euro 38 per person/week) you will have free entrance to 100 destinations for day trips from April until October.
Holiday destination
You can easily get here by car. Explore the Pörtschach peninsula on the Wörthersee on a stroll. A large number of destinations for day trips can be reached within 20 minutes by car (Klagenfurt, Minimundus, Pyramidenkogel, Velden, lake cruises).
Getting there
Take the Tauern motorway towards Villach - Velden - exit Pörtschach. After taking the motorway exit "Pörtschach" (the first exit after the rest area), turn left onto the main road towards Pörtschach Zentrum (town centre). Drive through the town until you see the "Spar-Markt", turn left onto Gaisrückenstraße and continue up the hill for about 50m, then turn left into the 10.- Oktober-Straße, continue on that road - after 200m you'll see the house on the right side. Hand-over of keys will take place according to prior arrangement.
From Vienna - exit Pörtschach (OST) - turn right towards the Zentrum (town centre) - at the Spar store, turn right onto Gaisrückenstraße, 50m up the hill ...
