- direkter Zugang zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Columbus- Center und zur Innenstadt
- Nähe zu touristischen Zielen
- Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe

Die guten Bewertungen, der Ausblick und die Umgebung

Aussicht auf Bremerhaven, Wind geniessen. Essen und Trinken ohne Autofahrt; schade dass fast überall ab 17.00 Uhr abgeräumt, 18,00 Uhr alles leer, und um 19.00 Uhr wird alles fallen gelassen und ab nach Hause. Warteschlange beim Schiffergilde Restaurant, aber bewusst wurden alle Bereiche zugesperrt und Gäste abgewiesen. Wegen Reichtum wohl geschlossen; kein Verschulden der Unterkunft.

Die grandiose Aussicht vom Appartment und die Nähe zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten.
