Cancellation policy
Every booking will be confirmed with a booking confirmation. Additionally, you will receive an invoice for the rent and additional costs. A deposit of 50% of this invoice amount is required. The remaining balance must be paid at the latest two weeks before the start of the rental period. For bookings made within two weeks before the start of the rental period, the total amount must be transferred in one go.

The Chalet is located in Noordwijk, a seaside resort in the dutch province South Holland, surrounded by great nature and in the middle of big cities like Den Haag, Leiden, Haarlem and Amsterdam.
It is located nearby the sea as well as in the centre of the region Duin - en Bollenstreek. Bollenstreek is very well known because of its coloured flower fields. Noordwijk as a vibrant city owns a beautiful sandy beach 13 kilometres long.
