Holiday destination
Our house is nestled among meadows and forests, secluded from noise and hustle. From the balcony, you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of mountains, meadows, forests, lake views, and the church tower. Located directly on the hiking trail, it is ideally situated in winter, 3km from the ski area, perfect for snowshoeing, winter hiking, sledding, ice skating, cross-country skiing, and ski touring. The Ultner high-altitude trail leads right past the house.
Getting there
If you are arriving without a car, we would be happy to pick you up in Merano, Bolzano, or at the bus stop in St. Nikolaus.
Coming from Bolzano, take the Mebo towards Merano, then exit at Lana Nord, head towards Lana until you reach the roundabout, then continue into the Ultental Valley up to St. Nikolaus. From the village, go up about 2 km, then at the right curve, turn left, continue for about 1 km, cross over the bridge, and then you will soon see our house below the road.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung von Ernst und Sonja in St. Nikolaus, Ulten, war ein wahrhaft traumhafter Urlaub! Von der ersten Minute an haben sie uns mit ihrer herzlichen Gastfreundschaft begeistert. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit einem freundlichen Lächeln empfangen und fühlten uns sofort wie zu Hause. Es war sofort offensichtlich, dass die beiden Gastgeber ihre Wohnungen mit großer Liebe und Hingabe führen – man merkt, dass jedes Detail mit großer Sorgfalt durchdacht ist.
Die Wohnungen selbst sind einfach perfekt! Sie vereinen auf wunderbare Weise modernen Komfort mit traditionellem Charme. Die Annehmlichkeiten lassen keine Wünsche offen: hochwertige Möbel, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer, das keine Wünsche offenlässt. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der atemberaubende Blick auf die umliegenden Berge – der perfekte Ort, um nach einem aktiven Tag in der Natur zu entspannen.
Die Lage der Wohnungen ist ebenfalls ideal: Zahlreiche Wander- und Mountainbike-Strecken beginnen direkt vor der Tür, und im Winter gibt es einen direkten Zugang zu den Skigebieten. Ob man die Region zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder auf Skiern erkunden möchte – hier findet jeder die perfekte Gelegenheit für seine Lieblingsaktivitäten.
Was diesen Aufenthalt jedoch besonders gemacht hat, war die herzliche Gastfreundschaft von Ernst und Sonja. Sie haben uns großartige Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants und lokale Highlights gegeben und standen uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ihre Gastfreundschaft war so warm und authentisch, dass wir uns wie Freunde und nicht nur wie Gäste fühlten.
Wir haben unsere Zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung in Schwemmalm sehr genossen und planen bereits unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. Wenn Sie nach einer Mischung aus Entspannung, Naturerlebnissen und herzlicher Gastfreundschaft suchen, sind Sie hier genau richtig. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an Ernst und Sonja für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub – wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Beste Wünsche auch von unserem Hund :)

Wir haben hier drei fantastische Wochen verbracht. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst nett und freundlich, stets hilfsbereit und bereit, alle Fragen zu beantworten. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, geräumig, sauber und verfügt über alles, was man benötigt. Die Umgebung ist fantastisch. Wenn Sie gerne wandern und Ruhe und Frieden genießen möchten, ist dies der richtige Ort für Sie. Wir werden auf jeden Fall zurückkehren. Wir möchten wirklich nicht gehen. Auch unsere Kinder sind hier unglaublich glücklich. Sehr empfehlenswert!
