Cancellation policy
CANCELLATION POLICY & TRAVEL INSURANCE
Unexpected events can always occur. If you are unable to arrive or need to leave earlier, here are our cancellation terms:
- Up to 30 days before the arrival day, you can cancel free of charge. Only the deposit will be retained.
- For cancellations between 29 and 15 days before arrival, 50% of the rental price will be charged.
- Within the last two weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price.
Please understand that if you do not show up, we will charge 100% of the stay. The same applies in case of an early departure, where 100% of the booking price will be charged.

Host informationWelcome! My name is Hilde Nischler and I am the farmer at the Oberperflhof. We have been welcoming guests here since the 90s - initially in the cozy rooms of the farmhouse - and since 2009 in our snug holiday apartments.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Tag auf dem Bogenschießplatz! Der Besitzer war unglaublich freundlich und führte uns mit Geduld und Fachkenntnis in die Welt des Bogenschießens ein.
Es war ein fantastisches Erlebnis, besonders mit unseren zwei Kindern – alle hatten viel Spaß. Das Gelände ist herausfordernd und abwechslungsreich, was den Tag zu einem echten Höhepunkt machte.
Wir freuen uns bereits auf unseren nächsten Besuch und können den Platz jedem empfehlen, der die Natur und den Sport liebt. Fünf von fünf Sternen – absolut verdient!
Oh, und vergessen Sie nicht, robuste Schuhe zu tragen und an heißen Tagen ausreichend Getränke mitzubringen.

Wir mussten leider unseren Kurzurlaub, der Mitte März für Mitte Juli gebucht wurde, Anfang Mai absagen, da unser Hund Pflege benötigte. Obwohl wir dazu nicht verpflichtet waren, hat die Familie Müller unsere Anzahlung (eine sogenannte "caparra confirmatoria") vollständig zurückerstattet. Dieses freundliche und großzügige Verhalten spiegelt sicherlich die Art und Weise wider, wie die Familie Müller ihre Gäste während ihres Aufenthalts im Moarhof behandelt. Vielen Dank und alles Gute!
