Cancellation policy
The renter can withdraw from the rental contract in writing. If the tenant cancels the rental agreement, the following proportionate rental costs must be paid as compensation, taking into account any expenses saved.
Cancellation
- up to 49 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price
- up to 35 days before arrival: 60% of the rental price
- up to 21 days before arrival: 70% of the rental price
- up to 14 days prior arrival: 100% of the rental price
- less than 14 days before arrival: 100% of the rental price.
The legal cancellation and withdrawal options are unaffected by this.
It is generally advisable to take out travel cancellation insurance to cover all costs (e.g. flight, rental). We would be happy to make you an offer.
