Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy according to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code
There is no right of withdrawal as defined in the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:
The reservation can be cancelled without a cancellation fee up to 30 days before the arrival date. Only the deposit will be retained.
In the event of cancellations by the guest within the period from the 29th day before the agreed arrival date to the arrival date itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation up to 15 days before the arrival date: 50% of the agreed total price
Cancellation less than 15 days before the arrival date: 100% of the agreed total price
In the event of a no-show by the guest or early departure by the guest, the fee for the entire booking period is due in full.
Please inform us in good time if you are unable to take your holiday.

Our farmhouse is located in the middle of the forest at 1400 meters, far from stress and everyday traffic. In winter, it is the ideal place to have fun with ski touring and skiing.
We are situated between two top ski resorts in the Alps. Just a 10-minute drive takes you to Kronplatz and Alta Badia. Moreover, 'Ciastel de Tor', a medieval building where the regional museum for Ladin history and culture is located, awaits your visit.

Wir waren zu dritt im Sommerurlaub für 2 Wochen es war sehr schön dort die Vermieter sind sehr nett da Katzen und 22 Milch Kühe es gibt täglich Rohmilch und Eier kann ich nur empfehlen

Wunderschön gelegener Bauernhof oberhalb von Sankt Martin mit Blick auf Neuner und Zehner. Auf dem Hof gibt es Milchkühe, Hühner, Katzen und einen Esel. Sehr ruhig und perfekt für Familien geeignet. Die Besitzer sind sehr nette Leute, die viel zeigen und erklären können. Wir konnten ein noch ganz junges Kalb besichtigen. Auf Nachfrage gibt es Rohmilch und Eier vom Hof. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und mit viel Holz verkleidet. Zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung.
