In case of late arrival or early departure, the agreed price for the entire reservation period will be charged in full.
Our cancellation policy is as follows: Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit. This will be retained in the event of a cancellation. If you cancel up to 4 weeks before the start of the holiday, we will charge 30%, up to two weeks before 50%, and from 1 week before the start of the trip 100% of the total amount.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Surrounded by beautiful meadows and forests, explore our magnificent nature on hiking trails or stroll to the nearby Prösels Castle. Since February, the new cable car from St. Cyprian takes you directly under the Rosengarten.
Getting there
Exit the highway at Bolzano Nord heading north. From the locality of Blumau, head towards Tiers. Pass the Völser Aicha junction, and after about half a kilometer, turn left to Stampferhof.

Ein herzliches Willkommen, eine gemütliche Wohnung mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick und einer ruhigen Lage, ideal zum Wandern und Entspannen. Vroni nimmt sich die Zeit, mit den Gästen wandern zu gehen oder organisiert ein Grillfest. Wir hatten auch das Vergnügen, an einer Hofführung mit Speckverkostung teilzunehmen. Vielen Dank für einen wunderbaren Urlaub.
