Cancellation policy
However if you fail to CANCEL your guaranteed RESERVATION, and we cannot rerent the apartment, the following conditions apply:
if you cancel less than 14 days in advance: 30% of the total amount,
if you cancel less than 08 days before arrival: date 50% of the total amount
if you cancel up to 2 days before arrival: date 80% of the whole amount.
Cancellation 1 day before arrival, on the check-in day itself, or if you depart before the agreed depature date, the whole rental amount is due.
