The landlord recommends taking out a European travel cancellation insurance with an insurance company of the holiday guest's choice - available at travel agencies or insurance companies (Note: This must be taken out shortly after the booking has been made due to insurance conditions!!!)

!! IMPORTANT NOTE !! On Google, your holiday home appears to be right next to the highway - this is only correct in terms of the aerial distance perspective. However, San Juan de Capistrano is located up on the hill and the highway runs through a tunnel in the mountain.
Depending on the wind direction and traffic conditions, slight traffic noises can be heard outside, which are generally not considered disturbing, as the open part of the highway is far away and it is not heavily trafficked.
The main traffic occurs between MALAGA and NERJA (highway exit 1).
Otherwise, purchasing this property after a 14-day 'trial living' would not have been considered at all : ))

Das Haus "Terrasse von San Juan ist" immer eine Reise wert! Wie schon oft war auch dieses Jahr ein gelungenes Urlaubsjahr. Dank dieses ruhigen Ferienhauses. Danke auch an Herrn Röher der nicht nur vermietet, sondern auch umsichtig RENOVIERT und SANIERT. Siehe das neue wirklich gelungende Bad. Wir sind sehr gerne dort und genießen die Zeit sehr mit diesem wunderschönen Ausblick. Am Tag sowie in der Nacht. Werden wieder buchen.

Dies war der schönste Aufenthalt, den ich auf meiner 1-jährigen Reise durch Europa erleben durfte. Ich kann dieses im original andalusischen Stil gebaute Traumhaus von ganzem Herzen empfehlen. Es ist wahrscheinlich DAS Haus in San Juan de Capistrano. Die riesige Dachterrasse, die Aussicht auf das Meer, die gehobene Innenausstattung, die Privatsphäre am Hang des Berges..am liebsten wäre ich hier eingezogen ;). Dazu sei erwähnt, dass die gesamte Urbanisation umwerfend ist. Als ich hier ankam, dachte ich, ich bin im Paradies gelandet. Ein großes Kompliment an die Gärtner, die jederzeit trotz großer Hitze und Sonne einen top Job machen. Es ist hier eine einzigartige Oase und der äußerst freundliche Gastgeber ist ebenfalls hervorzuheben. Ich nehme hier einige der schönsten Erinnerungen meines Lebens mit.
