Cancellation policy
If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

Die Finca ist wirklich toll und ruhig gelegen. Gleichzeitig ist man schnell in Sa Pobla zum Einkaufen bzw. an den Stränden von Alcudia oder Can Picafort. Der Pool ist toll und sehr sauber! Das Außengelände ebenfalls sehr gepflegt! Für vier Zimmer und zwei Badezimmer ein sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
Allerdings waren besonders die Böden im Haus nicht wirklich sauber und die Wohnung roch etwas muffig. Das mag daran gelegen haben, dass wir früh in der Saison angereist sind oder evtl. an der etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Einrichtung. Das Sofa bietet zum Beispiel nur Platz für max. 3 Leute. Bei schönem Sommerwetter hat man auf den Terassen viel Platz. Wenn es mal etwas kälter wird oder es regnet, dann ist es bei voller Belegung drinnen etwas eng.

Ein Schönes Haus, tolle große überdachte Terrasse, großer Pool, schöner Garten, alles wie auf den Fotos.
Nur leider wohnen in dem gesamtem Haus auch die Ameisen.
Kleiner Tipp kein Essen außerhalb des Kühlschrank lagern und Ameisenspray.
Um kochen zu Können fehlt leider so manches da müsste mal aufgerüstet werden (Pfanne nicht vorhanden, Eierkocher, alles andere sehr abgenutzt usw ) Sauberkeit im Haus naja...........
Pool super sauber, Poolreinigung in der Woche.
Großer Flachbidschirm aber keine Sat-Schüssel um diesen auch zu nutzen.
Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen wenn die Küchenausstattung ein bisschen erneuert wird. Für Ameisen kann keiner was, der Außenbereich lässt schnell alles andere nicht so schlimm erscheinen. Wir haben unseren Mädelsurlaub trotzdem sehr genossen.

vielen Dank für Ihr Kommentar. Gerne überprüfen wir die Küchenausstattung und werden uns nach Bedarf um eine Aufstockung kümmern.
Bzgl. der Ameisen: leider gibt es auf der Insel generell viele Ameisen. Jeder noch so kleine Speiserest wird von den Tieren sofort gefunden - das hat aber nichts mit der Sauberkeit des Hauses zu tun.
Wir würden uns freuen, Sie erneut in Els Pins begrüssen zu dürfen.
