This is a modern one-storey house with 3 bedrooms. All of them are very tastefully furnished. Two of them count with single beds and the third one with a double bed. There are 3 bathrooms in total, 2 with bath tub and one with shower cabin, two of them en suite. The bedrooms and the whole house are fully air conditioned. For fresh winter nights, you could turn on the under floor heating. Every room, every detail and every item is perfectly integrated in the house and converts it in a sophisticated oasis of design and comfortableness. Sit down and relax; the spacious living area offers you a comfortable sofa to read a good book, surfing on the internet or watch television. (Satellite TV) The adjoining open-plan kitchen with its dining area offers you everything you may need for preparing your meals: a toaster, coffee machine, electric oven, vitro ceramic hob, dishwasher, mixer, cutlery, kitchen appliances and a refrigerator-freeze. Enjoy your meal with friends – the dining table offers seats for up to 8 persons. Of course there is also a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. There are enough parking spaces for up to 3 cars in front of the house, but they are not covered.

In only 20 minutes driving by car you will reach the nice beach area of Playa de Muro. Playa de Muro is a long sandy beach area with fine grained sand and moderate swell. The zone consists of different natural areas without hotels or restaurants and others which offer facilities like restaurants, toilets and bars. Pass a pleasant day on the fine grained sand beach or enjoy a cocktail while watching the sun goes down. In less than 10 minutes driving you reach Sa Pobla with a big supermarket, bars and restaurants.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
