If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:

Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

Located between Felanitx and Manacor, this villa is in a rural and quiet zone. The city of Manacor offers everything you may need as a self-caterer like supermarkets and good restaurants. At the same time, Manacor is famous for the Pearl Factory Majorica. A car is necessary, especially if you fancy spending a day on the beach. Visit Cala Mendia, Cales De Mallorca and Cala Marsal and get surprised by the Drach Caves in Portocristo. Cala Millor is nice for having a few drinks at night and nearby there’s a zoo for families.

2nd visit with a party of 8 including 2 grandparents and 1 disabled adult. Fantastic villa, peaceful location and excellent service from Vacation Apartments.
You do need a vehicle, but the villa is well located for the shops and sites that you may visit. Maximum 40 minutes from the airport !!
