Look forward to a wonderful family holiday with your children or pets! If you enjoy hiking, we recommend the Kreuzberg, the Wasserkuppe, the wildlife parks, and the many huts in the area! Take your time to explore this charming mountain range, perhaps by bike, mountain bike, or even on foot. Many paths lead from our small farm on the Auersberg through the forest to the nearby villages.

We're located a little outside the city, near the edge of the forest. You can arrive by car, motorbike, or taxi.

Host informationWe took over the farm from our father about 35 years ago. It included fields, meadows, forests, and the farm building with many outbuildings. The farm is and remains our hobby, even though we no longer have cattle.

Wir haben eine Woche mit unserer Hündin als Silvester-Flüchtlinge bei Familie Hüfner auf dem Hof verbracht und wurden von den tollen Gastgebern herzlich empfangen sowie äußerst liebevoll und gastfreundlich aufgenommen.
Die Ferienwohnung(en) sind bis ins Detail mit viel Liebe ausgestattet sowie modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Von Kuscheldecken auf der Couch über den Fön im Bad bis hin zum Eierkocher in der Küche, es ist wirklich alles vorhanden - und top-gepflegt!
Der Hof ist herrlich ruhig gelegen, mitten in der wunderschönen Natur der Rhön und damit zu jeder Jahreszeit eine Erholungsreise wert.
Die Ruhe war gerade zu Silvester ein Geschenk - unsere Ronja hat den Jahreswechsel glatt verschlafen.
Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, prima erholt und werden definitiv wiederkommen.
